The 9th Annual Joint Accreditation Leadership Summit

Our Goal

The goal of this annual summit is to bring together jointly accredited providers as leaders of interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) to celebrate our achievements and discuss strategies and best-practices for our ascent toward collaborative education.

We are excited to return to an in-person meeting this year and look forward to gathering together again in Chicago.

The Leadership Summit is for organizations that are currently Jointly Accredited or who have an approved pre-application and are in the process of applying for Joint Accreditation.

Through this year’s theme – Stronger Together: Finding the Power and Beauty of Teams – we will explore strategies to elevate the value and impact of IPCE.

Our conversations will focus on embracing empathy in healthcare, effective collaboration, tackling quality improvement in IPCE, strategies that will help you strengthen your IPCE program, and leveraging JA criteria for your organization’s strategic priorities. We are also excited to once again include peer-led sessions – planned and facilitated by your IPCE colleagues – in the Summit agenda.

New this year!

The 2023 Leadership Summit is being offered in collaboration with Learn to Thrive 2023, by ACCME, which takes place at the Chicago Sheraton Grand on May 16-18.  You will have the opportunity to register for and attend the Joint Accreditation Leadership Summit either independently or in combination with the ACCME’s meeting.
