Each fall, our dynamic community of continuing education (CE) professionals join together to explore the transformative value of interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) at the Joint Accreditation Leadership Summit. Throughout the two-day event, attendees will engage in enriching discussion with their colleagues and healthcare leaders on best practices in IPCE, implementing the Standards for Integrity and Independence, innovative strategies to engage learners, ways to incorporate principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in IPCE, achieving Joint Accreditation with Commendation, and the future of IPCE. Jointly accredited providers and those in the process of applying for Joint Accreditation (with an approved pre-application) are encouraged to attend.

2021 Joint Accreditation Leadership Summit: By the Numbers

The 2021 Joint Accreditation Leadership Summit took place virtually for the second consecutive year, resulting in strong engagement from the IPCE community.

  • Attended by more than 190 CE professionals.
  • Represented more than 80 jointly accredited organizations.
  • Featured insights from more than 20 faculty leaders in IPCE.
  • Majority of attendees surveyed strongly agreed that the format of the summit was supportive of their learning needs and that they were walking away with new insights about IPCE.

The Joint Accreditation Leadership Summit is designed with you in mind. Each year, we review feedback from previous Summit attendees to create an engaging learning experience that addresses your interests and educational needs. Following the Summit, we develop a report encapsulating key takeaways and session highlights. Explore previous Summit reports here.
