Apply for the ANCC Premier Award

Jointly accredited organizations that award nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) credit are encouraged to apply for the American Nurses Credentialing Center NCPD Accreditation Premier Award.

The Premier Award recognizes organizations that demonstrate exceptional achievement in nursing continuing professional development and a sustained commitment to educational excellence.

Award recipients exemplify innovation, leadership, and outcomes-driven continuing education, consistently exceeding industry standards and serving as role models within the accredited provider community.

Presented annually to one or more eligible organizations, the award is valid for two years. Jointly Accredited providers that are in good standing and offer NCPD activities are eligible to apply.

Organizations may submit an application each year, provided they are not current award recipients.

• Applications Open: October 5, 2026
• Application Deadline: January 10, 2027
• Award Decisions: February 2027
• Recipient Notification: February 2027
• Public Announcement: Premier Award recipients will be recognized at the PDP Summit in San Antonio, TX, April 16-18, 2027
