Our goal is to simplify the data-reporting process for jointly accredited providers and increase the value of data for stakeholders, including providers; clinicians and teams; researchers; certifying and licensing boards; and government agencies.
The enhanced version of JA-PARS will feature a modernized, user-friendly, streamlined interface for activity and learner reporting. Reflecting feedback that we’ve heard from providers and other stakeholders, the new version will:
We’re making these changes based on recommendations from the continuing education community as well as other stakeholders. We appreciate the input we’ve received and will continue to offer opportunities for jointly accredited providers to give us feedback as we move forward.
We expect to launch the new version of JA-PARS in Spring 2021. Watch for updates in our newsletter and on our website.

Reminders for Jointly Accredited Providers
2021 ANNUAL ACCREDITATION FEE INVOICES AND PROFESSION CHOICES
Last year, Joint Accreditation implemented€¯a€¯tiered fee schedule€¯for annual accreditation fees to distribute responsibility for sustaining our accredited interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) system more fairly among programs of different sizes. Please see the information below about 2021 fees and invoices.€¯
The 2021 annual fees will be as published last year. All providers will remain in the same tier. The fee schedule is available here. You will receive an invoice in November and payment will be due by January 30, 2021.
The annual fee enables you to offer IPCE credit or profession-specific credit for nurses, pharmacists, and physicians. In addition, you can select the option to award profession-specific credit for other professions for an additional $1,500 per year, per profession. We offer the option for you to award credit for dentists, dietitians, optometrists, PAs (physician assistants) psychologists, and social workers. Please fill out this form by October 30 to elect to add any of these professions and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
REPORTING DATA IN JA-PARS As a reminder, JA-PARS is open for reporting data all year round; you don’t have to wait until the year-end reporting deadline to enter data about your CE program and activities.
