Publicizing Joint Accreditation

How to Communicate Your Success

We encourage you to communicate your success and the value of Joint Accreditation to your community and stakeholders. When creating news announcements or other communications, jointly accredited providers are welcome to include the Jointly Accredited Provider Mark and to use any of the information on this website. You may also download, distribute, or adapt the Joint Accreditation Brochure to support your communications.

Here is sample wording you can use or adapt in your communications:

“The [provider name] has been reviewed by Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education™ and awarded [accreditation status] for [number] years as a provider of interprofessional continuing education (IPCE) by and for the healthcare team. Joint Accreditation ensures that continuing education for healthcare teams serves the needs of patients and the public, and is designed to be independent, free from commercial bias, based on valid content, relevant, and effective in improving the quality and safety of care delivered by the team.”

You are not required to use this sample language and you do not need to submit your communications for approval. If you would like us to review your communications or provide assistance, we are happy to help. Please contact us at [email protected].
